ALVI TRAIL LIGURIA: dalle Alpi alle Cinque Terre / from the Alps to the Cinque Terre

ALVI TRAIL LIGURIA 5a Edizione e' un ultra trail internazionale ed un meraviglioso viaggio lungo i sentieri dell’Alta Via dei Monti Liguri e dell'Alta Via delle Cinque Terre: una corsa in montagna in 8 tappe con partenza da Rocchetta Nervina (Alpi Liguri) ed arrivo a Porto Venere (Golfo dei Poeti) che si svolgerà nel 2022.
Tra le gare ultra piu' lunghe del calendario ITRA (International Trail Running Association), nell’arco di 8 giorni viene percorsa una distanza di 400 km (ULTRA 400K) attraversando ben 7 parchi naturali con ambienti e paesaggi sempre differenti ed affascinanti.
Nell'Edizione 2021 sono previste anche la 200K WEST e la 200K EAST, 200km in 4 tappe ciascuna. La 200K West partira' insieme alla 400K da Rocchetta Nervina e coprira' le prime 4 tappe (Tappa1-Tappa4) fino all'arrivo finale ad Arenzano mentre la 200K East partira' da Arenzano e percorrera' le ultime 4 tappe (Tappa5-Tappa8) fino all'arrivo finale a Porto Venere.
Infine la meravigliosa SEA 50K, gara a tappa singola (Tappa8, l'ultima) con partenza tutti insieme (400K, 200K East e SEA 50K) da Castiglione Chiavarese e arrivo nella meravigliosa Porto Venere.

ALVI TRAIL LIGURIA 5th Edition is an international ultra trail and a wonderful journey along the tracks of the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri and the Alta Via delle Cinque Terre : an ultra trail made of 8 stages with start in the west of Liguria, Rocchetta Nervina (Ligurian Alps) and finish in Porto Venere (Gulf of poets). It will take place in 2022.
One of the longest ultra trail in the ITRA calendar (International Trail Running Association), during 8 days a distance of 400km (ULTRA 400K) will be covered, crossing 7 natural parks with landscapes always different and charming.
The 2020 Edition also includes the 200K WEST and the 200K EAST, 200km in 4 stages each. The 200K West will start together with the 400K from Rocchetta Nervina and will cover the first 4 stages (Stage 1-Stage4) until the final finishl in Arenzano while the 200K East will start from Arenzano and will cover the last 4 stages (Stage 5-Stage8) until the final finish in Porto Venere.
Finally, the wonderful SEA 50K, single stage race (Stage 8, the last one) starting all together (400K, 200K East and SEA 50K) from Castiglione Chiavarese and finish in the wonderful Porto Venere.
